Job Title: Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary Range: £42,000 - £70,000 + Excellent Benefits

Role Overview:
We seek Quantity Surveyors to join a leading team managing major infrastructure and nuclear projects across the UK. You will support cost management, commercial performance, and project delivery within a skilled commercial team.
Key duties include:
- Managing cost planning, budgeting, and control throughout projects.
- Preparing, negotiating, and managing contracts and variations.
- Producing accurate cost reports, forecasts, and financial analyses.
- Identifying commercial risks and applying mitigation strategies.
- Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensuring projects meet contractual, regulatory, and company standards.
- Supporting delivery of complex infrastructure and nuclear projects.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or nuclear projects.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and commercial management.
- Proven skills in cost management and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience with commercial and project management software is a plus.
