Client Facing Quantity Surveyor
A client-facing Quantity Surveyor with some experience in Fit Out/retail refurbishments (ideally banking) is required for a market-leading group of construction companies. The organisation has an enviable list of brand names amongst its client-base, and the Quantity Surveyor will join a team dedicated to delivering high-quality refurbishments in the banking sector. The projects will be a mix of retail sites and regional/head offices.
This opportunity has arisen due to the continued success and growth of the business, and it is an exciting time to be joining the organisation, particularly in this team.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the agreed pre-construction brief and administer projects through delivery.
- Manage purchase orders, change control, and invoicing.
- Prepare and manage client and subcontractor valuations.
- Undertake site visits to verify progress, scope, and changes.
- Maintain accurate reporting of costs, margin, and commercial risks.
Requirements
Suitable candidates will be able to point to impressive CVs, detailing the projects that they have helped to deliver, ideally banking refurbishment. They will have excellent communication and people skills, for, as stated, this role is very client-facing. Further, they will have a good understanding of compliance issues and health & safety.

- Location: London offices 3 days per week, with site visits as required.
