A down-to-earth and personable Quantity Surveying consultancy in Kent is looking to add a bright Quantity Surveyor to its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a QS who is looking for the APC support, practical experience and responsibility needed to achieve chartership, whilst working alongside an experienced and supportive team.
The Quantity Surveyor’s role
Carrying out QS, CA and PM duties, you’ll be involved in a varied portfolio of high social-value projects across healthcare, education and local authority sectors.

You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your own projects and build strong client relationships, giving you the practical experience and exposure needed to progress towards MRICS - all while enjoying a role closer to home and avoiding the London commute.
Requirements
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar subject
- Currently working towards MRICS
- Pre and post contract experience
- Previous experience within a PQS / Cost Consultancy environment
- Strong communication skills and a professional, personable approach
