Quantity Surveyor Bath, Wiltshire, The Cotswolds & Somerset | Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Benefits

About Build Twenty Two

Build Twenty Two is a bespoke building company offering renovation, restoration and new build services across Bath, the Cotswolds, Wiltshire and Somerset. Founded by brothers Tom and Dan Blower, the business combines traditional craftsmanship with a modern, solution-driven approach, whether that means breathing new life into a Georgian townhouse, overseeing the sensitive extension of a listed country home, or delivering a bespoke new build from the ground up.

Every project is approached with care, precision and pride, and every client relationship is built on transparency, clear communication and professionalism from the first quote through to final completion.

As a growing business with a forward-thinking, lean approach to operations, Build Twenty Two is looking for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to help protect margins and keep projects running smoothly as the company continues to grow.

The Opportunity

You will take commercial responsibility for a portfolio of high-end new build, renovation and refurbishment projects, managing costs from tender and procurement through to project completion and final account. Working closely with Directors, Site Managers, clients, subcontractors and suppliers, you will ensure projects are commercially well controlled, risks are identified early, and margins are protected.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
