Responsibilities
- Managing project costs from pre-contract through final account
- Preparing and reviewing bills of quantities, cost plans, and tender documents
- Monitoring budgets, tracking variations, and producing regular cost reports to support commercial decision-making
- Liaising with project managers and site teams
- Evaluating subcontractor quotations
- Negotiating contracts
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures
- Maintaining accurate records
- Forecasting cash flow
- Contributing to value engineering and risk management activities
