Interim Quantity Surveyor โ NEC3
ยฃ450โยฃ500 per day | Inside IR35 | Major Infrastructure Project | 3 Days On-Site
We are currently supporting a major infrastructure project and are looking for an experienced Interim Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team.
The role will focus on drafting and developing NEC3 contracts with subcontractors, alongside providing wider commercial and quantity surveying support across the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare NEC3 subcontract agreements.
- Work with subcontractors on contract development, commercial terms, and amendments.
- Provide quantity surveying and commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and manage subcontractor commercial arrangements.
- Support commercial risk, change control, and cost management.
- Work closely with project, commercial, and delivery teams.

About You
- Experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong NEC3 experience.
- Proven experience drafting, administering, or negotiating NEC3 subcontracts.
- Background in major infrastructure, construction, civil engineering, or rail projects.
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding.
- Confident working directly with subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
