The Role
This role exists for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a permanent basis.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the management of commercial aspects of our projects, with support from your Commercial Manager or Commercial Director.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (min 4 years experience).
- Experience working with RC Frames, Groundworks or Infrastructure.
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge (JCT / NEC).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
- To support the Commercial Manager in all aspects of the role.
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project scopes.
- Preparation, submission and negotiation of interim valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Ensuring compliance with contract conditions (e.g. JCT, NEC) and company commercial procedures.
- Procurement and management of subcontractors and supplier packages.
- Cost reporting and financial forecasting.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with client and Project Team.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree Qualified.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry with 4+ years of experience.
