About The Role
Job Title - Quantity Surveyor
Looking for a fresh challenge? At GRAHAM, we’re growing our Interior Fit Out Division and are on the lookout for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join us.
Division: Interior Fit Out
Location: London

The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in leading project budgeting, cost control, and procurement. From overseeing contract management (JCT/NEC contracts) to managing subcontractor performance and client relationships, your expertise will drive the delivery of high-value, complex projects from start to finish.
Essential Criteria
🛠️ What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within the construction industry and/or interior fit out sector.
- Expertise in JCT/NEC contracts and cost forecasting.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex projects.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience working on high-value, fast-paced interior fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of modern construction and fit-out techniques.
- Familiarity with hybrid working and adapting to both site and remote environments.
- Professional membership with RICS or CIOB.
