Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering & Groundworks packages - South Wales
PERMANENT Salary £50,000 - £85,000 depending on experience
FREELANCE £400 per day depending on experience
Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor needed to manage the cost controls and cost reporting on between 2-3 civil engineering projects, each valued at circa £2m - £4m.
Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor should be self-sufficient and be able to manage their own workload and responsibilities. A mixture of site-based locations along the M4 Corridor in South Wales, and of course office working near Cardiff.

Works will typically include:
- Bulk excavation
- Ground remediation
- Ground beams and floor slabs
- Pile caps & Foundations
- Specialist tanking installation
- Retaining walls & Substructures
- Reinforced concrete sub-structures & sometimes reinforced concrete super-structures
- Complex formwork installations
- Basements
- External works and hard / soft landscaping
Rewards
- Salary to suit experience level – circa up to £85,000 + car package, Pension, Holidays, etc
- Can be freelance around £400 per day
