Your New Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll support commercial activities across live and upcoming developments, working closely with the Senior QS and Commercial Manager. You will be involved in:
- Procurement and management of subcontractors
- Cost planning, forecasting, and budget control
- Preparing valuations and payment applications
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes and housebuilding standards
- Contributing to efficient, profitable project delivery
This is a fantastic role for a QS who enjoys structure, clear processes, and the satisfaction of working in an organised, well-run commercial team.
