- Larkhill-based, but offers a hybrid role
- Full-time, permanent
- Salary: £50,000–£55,000 + company car/car allowance

The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Apply commercial expertise in a fast-paced, complex setting, balancing precision, value, and collaboration.
- Support in scoping and pricing voids—ensuring value for money across high-profile facilities and projects.
- Provide commercial control, from cost modelling and risk management to change control and dispute resolution.
- Work with operational teams, Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), and supply chain partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Guide the full project lifecycle while nurturing lasting relationships and driving continuous improvement.
- Mentor colleagues and shape our commercial capabilities for the future.

What We Expect From You
Successful candidates will bring:
- Relevant commercial experience in construction, property maintenance, or facilities management
- Strong knowledge of:
- Pricing frameworks
- Cost control
- Financial analysis
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent experience); military/MOD experience preferred
- Ability to:
- Think critically
- Communicate clearly and concisely
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
