As Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for a range of M&E projects from pre-construction through to final account.
Duties will include:
- Managing project costs and commercial performance
- Producing valuations, variations and final accounts
- Subcontract procurement and management
- Cost forecasting and reporting
- Identifying commercial risks and opportunities
- Supporting operational teams to maximise project profitability
- Building strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, M&E, building services or a related sector
- Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ambitious and motivated approach to career development
- Full UK driving licence
