Position: Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities
To provide support to Construction Team and Senior Quantity Surveyor on all Quantity Surveying functions including, but not limited to the following:

- Working directly with Contract Managers to advise on Commercial status of projects.
- Assisting in the review of all project contracts.
- Assist the Senior QS with the preparation of Commercial Reports.
- Negotiation with contractors across all projects including preparation of variations.
- Manage major subcontractor accounts from initial award to interim valuation, variations and final account.
- Assist the Senior QS with monthly progress applications.
- All other duties associated with this role.
Skills/ Requirements
- Relevant third level qualifications are an advantage but not essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi-functional team.
- Excellent IT Skills.
- Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills.
