An exciting opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established real estate investment and development business delivering premium residential schemes across London.

This isn't your typical consultancy QS role. You'll be working directly alongside the developer, giving you genuine influence over commercial decisions from acquisition through to project completion. If you're looking to step into a business where your input is valued and you'll gain exposure to every stage of the development lifecycle, this could be the move you've been waiting for.

You'll join a close-knit, ambitious team with a strong pipeline of residential developments, working alongside project managers, architects, consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered commercially, on programme and to the highest standard.

The Opportunity

As Quantity Surveyor, you'll take ownership of the commercial aspects of multiple residential developments, ensuring robust cost control while supporting the successful delivery of each scheme.

You'll be trusted to manage projects autonomously while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to progress their career within a developer environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
