About Fourply

Fourply Ltd is an established, joinery/building-led building contractor delivering refurbishment, minor works, passive fire protection and maintenance services across healthcare, retail and commercial environments throughout the UK.

Headquartered in Glasgow, our team of over 50 professionals supports a wide range of long-standing clients through framework agreements and repeat business relationships.

With more than two decades of steady growth, Fourply has built a reputation for quality workmanship, strong client relationships and reliable project delivery.

The Role

The Quantity Surveyor will play an important role within the Commercial Team, working closely with Contracts Managers and project teams to manage project costs, procurement and commercial performance across a range of refurbishment and minor works projects.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the continued growth and success of the business while developing their professional career within a supportive environment.

The role will be primarily office-based in Glasgow, with visits to project sites as required.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will support the commercial management of projects from initial pricing through to final account agreement.

A significant portion of the role will involve supporting works delivered under our long-standing framework with Boots UK, where Fourply has delivered refurbishment and maintenance projects across their estate since 2002. The successful candidate will also provide commercial support across other client projects as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
