Quantity Surveyor – Fit Out Main Contracting
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 + Car allowance, healthcare, pension, bonuses, holiday etc
Location: Liverpool Street, London
Sector: Commercial, Retail, MOJ & Hotel Fit Out's
Project Values: £500k – £25m
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2 days WFH
The Opportunity
We’re recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join the London team of a well-established Tier 1 national contractor’s dedicated fit out and refurbishment division.
The London business is growing rapidly, with a strong pipeline of projects across commercial, MOJ, retail, hotel and hospitality, ranging from £500k to £25m.

The Role
Working closely with the Commercial Lead and project team, you’ll be responsible for the commercial management of fit out and refurbishment projects, including:
- Managing budgets, forecasts and cost reporting.
- Procurement and management of subcontract packages.
- Valuations, variations, payments and final accounts.
- Commercial and contractual management.
- Cost control and risk management.
- Working closely with project teams, clients and subcontractors.
We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor with experience in main contracting, fit out or refurbishment, ideally across commercial, retail, hospitality, MOJ or similar sectors.
