Quantity Surveyor / Project QS – High-End Residential
Location: Central / West London Projects
Salary: Up to £75,000 Negotiable
Sector: High-End Residential / Super-Prime
An established high-end residential contractor is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team, working across prestigious private residential projects in Central London.
The business specialises in the delivery of high-quality residential refurbishment and fit-out projects, working with private clients, leading architects and consultants.
The level of appointment is flexible. Applications are welcomed from experienced Quantity Surveyors as well as strong Assistant Quantity Surveyors who are ready to take the next step and assume greater commercial responsibility.

The Role
Working alongside an experienced Commercial Director and project delivery team, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects from procurement through to final account.
Responsibilities will include:
- Procurement and management of subcontract packages
- Preparation of valuations and variations
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Subcontractor payments and account management
- Change control
- Contract administration
- Commercial management through to final account
- Working closely with clients, consultants and the wider project team

About You
Ideally, you will have experience within high-end residential, refurbishment or luxury fit-out, although candidates with strong transferable experience will also be considered.
The business is particularly interested in finding the right character: someone who is commercially aware, proactive, personable and comfortable taking ownership of their work.
This is an excellent opportunity for a QS looking to join a supportive commercial team and work on high-quality residential projects across Central London.
