Quantity Surveyor Nottingham

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of both pre- and post-contract commercial activities within a well-established and forward-thinking organisation that genuinely invests in its people.
The Role:
You’ll play a key role within the commercial team, supporting senior leadership while taking responsibility for:
- Managing project financial performance, including forecasting and reporting
- Preparing and submitting client applications for payment
- Leading change control processes and agreeing variations
- Managing subcontractor procurement, performance, and payments
- Reviewing contracts (NEC) and advising on commercial risk and compliance

What They are Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, consultancy, or design environments
- Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
- Experience in subcontractor procurement and commercial management
- Ability to manage change, risk, and financial reporting across projects
