Quantity Surveyor – Commercial Fit Out and Refus - Central London

About the Opportunity
We are working with a well-established and reputable main contractor that specialises in delivering complex refurbishment and fit-out schemes across the UK.
Due to ongoing project demands, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of high end fit out and refurbishment projects within London.
The Role
You will play a key role within the commercial team, supporting the successful financial delivery of the project from procurement through to final account.

Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and managing project budgets, cost plans, and forecasts
- Managing subcontract procurement and commercial negotiations
- Contract administration (JCT) and variation management
- Monitoring and reporting project costs and commercial performance
- Supporting monthly valuations and client reporting
- Managing subcontractor accounts and final accounts
- Assisting in risk and value management processes
Requirements
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction or refurbishment projects, leading project delivery and managing teams
- Previous experience working on office, retail, commercial, or live environment projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of JCT forms of contract
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a live site environment
- Commercial awareness and strong analytical skills
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar
