Quantity Surveyor (Refurbishment / Heritage Sites)
£55,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance + Funded Qualifications + Hybrid + Training + Progression + 31 Days holiday

Are you a Quantity Surveyor from a Commercial background looking to join a thriving, rapidly growing, family run company, offering the chance to work on exciting refurbishment projects for heritage sites and listed buildings?
On offer is the chance to join a well-established company offering a generous holiday allowance, hybrid working and a car allowance worth up to £5,000.
The Role:
- Producing valuations and cost reports on listed buildings and heritage sites
- Work with contractors to procure packages
- Liaise with and maintain client and contractual relationships
- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm 37 hours per week
- Site travel 1-2 days per week, car allowance provided
