Responsibilities for this role: We are seeking the recruitment of a Junior to Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant who can support the management of a key existing contracts with iResolve Group. Main responsibilities will vary and may include:
- Cost planning
- Tendering and procurement activities
- Contract reviews and negotiation
- Conducting monthly financial analysis and reporting
- Contract administration for subcontracts
- Client relationship building
Required qualifications and experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working as a QS
- MRICS (or ARICS) status, or working towards this
Desirable:
- Experience with NEC standard forms
- Experience using Sypro software
- BESS or PV project experience
