Quantity Surveyor (Renewables / Construction / Scaffold)
Poole HQ - Tunbridge Wells site
£70,000 - £80,000 + Company Car + Progression + Company Benefits + Training Fund
Are you a Quantity Surveyor from a construction background or similar that is looking to join a growing business with an exciting pipeline of renewables and solar projects?
Do you want to join a business that is quickly becoming an industry leader in the renewables sector for the south of the UK, that has fantastic staff retention and unlimited access to internal and external training suite?
On offer is the chance to work on some of the UK's most exciting residential and commercial projects based on solar and the latest smart access control systems.
In this role you will be tasked with surveying for 1 site at a time, on this site they will be installing solar pv panels, high-end windows and doors to retain heat and energy in the homes and commercial properties.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor from a construction, renewables or roofing background that wants to work for a business that is quickly expanding and has lots of scheduled projects in the southeast of the UK.
THE ROLE:
- General surveying across the southeast
- Occasional visits to the office in Poole
- Work alongside senior team members to schedule project costs and delivery
- Some travel around the southeast for different sites
THE PERSON:
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Background in any of construction, roofing, solar, electrical or windows and doors
- Full UK license
