Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to join a major infrastructure project?
Our client is seeking a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of works on the Sizewell C project. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established construction business and play a key role in one of the UK's most significant developments.

Responsibilities
- Managing project costs from inception through to completion
- Preparing valuations, applications for payment and final accounts
- Managing subcontractor packages and payments
- Assessing and pricing variations
- Identifying and mitigating commercial risks
- Supporting project teams to ensure commercial targets are achieved
Requirements
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within construction
- Strong understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts
- Excellent commercial and contractual awareness
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Infrastructure, modular, offsite or large-scale project experience beneficial
