Quantity Surveyor - High end Cat B fit out projects

Location: Central London

Salary: £65,000 – £80,000 + Healthcare + Pension + Bonus

Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage multiple subcontractor packages on a high-quality fit out projects valued up to £70 million. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading contractor renowned for delivering exceptional fit out schemes across commercial and high-end residential projects.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial control, accurate reporting, and successful delivery of complex subcontractor packages within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee commercial management of multiple subcontractor packages
  • Administer and manage lump sum and amended contracts
  • Conduct procurement, negotiation, and valuation of subcontractors
  • Monitor project costs and implement value engineering initiatives
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports for senior stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with fit out projects

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience managing subcontractor packages on fit out projects
  • Strong understanding of commercial processes and contract administration
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Stable employment history and ambition to progress within a leading organisation
