Project Surveyor: London | Design & Build | Commercial Interiors

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Sector: Commercial Interiors, CAT A & CAT B Fit-Out

The Company

A well-established and highly regarded London Design & Build contractor is looking to appoint a Project Surveyor to join its commercial team.

The business has developed a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial interior projects through a modern, design-led approach. Working closely with clients from the early stages of a project, the company combines design, delivery and commercial expertise to provide spaces that are both commercially effective and tailored to the client's requirements.

The business operates through several specialist delivery teams, each focused on a clearly defined target market. Projects range from CAT A landlord works through to detailed CAT B tenant fit-outs, with project values typically ranging from £200k to £15m.

The company's sweet spot is projects in the region of £500k–£5m, predominantly across London.

The Role

The successful Project Surveyor will join an established commercial team and take responsibility for the commercial management of 1–2 projects at any one time, working alongside a Senior Commercial Manager.

The role will suit a Surveyor who enjoys being close to the project and wants to work in a collaborative environment where the delivery, design and commercial teams operate closely together.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
