We’re recruiting for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join a well-respected refurbishment contractor in Dartford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who’s looking to work on varied projects—fire safety works, refurbishments, M&E upgrades, and small works—while being part of a supportive team environment. As a Quantity Surveyor here, you’ll report directly into the Commercial Director and enjoy genuine opportunities for career progression and growth.

Key responsibilities:
- Managing costs across fire, refurb, M&E, and small works projects
- Working closely with the Commercial Director and wider project teams
- Preparing tenders, budgets, and valuations
- Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and commercial targets

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience as a Quantity Surveyor (ideally within refurbishment / small works / M&E / fire projects)
- Enjoys working as part of a small, collaborative team
- Is commercially astute with excellent communication skills
- Wants to develop and progress in a long-term role
