Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential Groundworks and Civil Engineering

Salary £65,000 - £90,000 depending on experience (Plus package)

Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor needed to manage the cost controls and cost reporting on between 2-5 residential groundwork's projects, each valued at circa £2m - £4m. All at varying stages

Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor should be self-sufficient and be able to manage their own workload and responsibilities. A mixture of site-based locations along the Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, and South Yorkshire regions.
