MEP Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical Experience Required)
Location: Cambridge (4 days on site / 1 day WFH)
Contract: 18 Months
We're working with a leading contractor delivering a major commercial project in Cambridge and are looking to appoint an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join the team on an 18-month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile project from a commercial perspective, supporting the successful delivery of complex MEP packages.
The Role
- Commercial management of MEP packages on a large commercial development.
- Cost reporting, valuations, variations, procurement, and subcontractor management.
- Working closely with the project and commercial teams to ensure financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supporting the successful delivery of the project through to completion.

About You
- Proven experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor on major construction projects.
- Mechanical MEP experience is essential.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing subcontractor accounts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
