Quantity Surveyor 📍 United Kingdom 🏗️ Building, Infrastructure & Major Projects

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading UK construction and infrastructure business delivering major projects across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Quantity Surveyors who are looking to develop their careers within a mature and expanding UK market.

The Role

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the successful commercial delivery of projects from procurement through to final account.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or similar
  • Minimum 5 years' Quantity Surveying experience
  • Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
  • Experience on major construction, infrastructure, civil engineering or building projects
  • Working knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, JCT or equivalent forms of contract
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
