Front Line Construction - Quantity Surveyor Opportunity
Front Line Construction, an established and highly successful groundwork/civil engineering contractor based in Bathgate, are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to complement the existing team. Working for many of Scotland’s leading house builders, Front Line have an excellent reputation for delivering a high quality product. With a number of sites throughout the central belt, an excellent opportunity awaits a highly motivated individual.

Duties
- Managing post contract commercial tasks on a variety of projects.
- Measurement of roads, drainage, earthworks, hard landscaping, etc.
- Preparation and submission of interim valuations and final accounts.
- Identifying and pricing additional works.
- Procurement and management of subcontractors.
- Liaising closely with the construction team and clients.
- Working largely unsupervised.
- Office based with regular visits to site.

Requirements
- Minimum of HNC in Quantity Surveying.
- Experience in groundworks/civil engineering is preferable but not essential.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- IT competent with experience in Excel/Word, etc.
- Full UK driving licence.
