We're working with a highly respected consultancy that is expanding its London team and is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business delivering high-profile projects across a diverse range of sectors, with genuine opportunities for career progression, professional development, and exposure to major clients.
The Opportunity
You'll become part of a collaborative and supportive commercial team, delivering cost consultancy and quantity surveying services from project inception through to completion. You'll work closely with clients, contractors, and project teams on a varied portfolio of projects while helping to drive commercial success and deliver outstanding outcomes. This role offers the chance to work on prestigious developments across sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, education, infrastructure, public sector, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities

Quantity Surveyor
- Assist in the delivery of quantity surveying services across multiple projects.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans.
- Support procurement and tendering processes.
- Carry out valuations, variations, and cost reporting.
- Monitor project costs and financial performance.
- Work closely with clients and project stakeholders.
- Support contract administration and commercial management.
- Continue working towards professional development and chartership where applicable.

About You
We're looking for professionals who are commercially aware, client-focused, and passionate about delivering high-quality consultancy services. You'll ideally have:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Consultancy or client-side experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and collaborative approach.
- Membership of, or progress towards, RICS (desirable).
