Quantity Surveyors - Prime Residential
Premises Recruitment are working with a number of established main contractors operating in the Prime and Super Prime Residential market.
Live Vacancies for Quantity Surveyors in London:
1) Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor - West End
- Salary: £70k to £90k + benefits
- About the Employer: Established brand name in the Prime Residential sector. Turnover in excess of £30m.
- Team: Very well respected team who are undergoing significant growth, bucking the trend securing a significant volume of new projects.
- Opportunities: A genuine opportunity for career growth in line with planned future expansion.
- Role: Seeking a Project QS or Senior QS with responsibility for one to two Super Prime residential projects with values from £8m-£20m.
- Location: Office based with regular site visits.
2) Senior Quantity Surveyor - Chelsea
- Rate: Up to £450/day (happy to engage via Ltd Co)
- Role: To manage a project upwards of £15m contract value. Bespoke single dwelling refurbishment.
- Opportunities: Great opportunity to work for a close knit team on some of London's highest spec projects. Long term opportunity within the business with the benefits of day rate engagement.

3) Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS - Liverpool Street
- Salary: £70k to £95k + benefits
- About the Employer: SME Main Contractor operating in the Super Prime Residential and high spec commercial refurbishment sectors.
- Role: Seeking a Project QS or Senior QS for projects in Central and West London.
- Reporting to: The Senior Commercial Manager.
4) Quantity Surveyor – Chelsea
- Salary: £60k to £80k + benefits
- About the Employer: £12m turnover Prime Residential main contractor with an excellent reputation.
- Projects: High end refurbishments and new builds across Chelsea, Kensington, Belgravia, Fulham, Wimbledon and Holland Park, typically valued up to £4.5m.
- Role: Seeking either a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
- Location: Office based in SW London with regular site visits across Prime Central London.
- Opportunities: Excellent opportunity to join a friendly, stable team with strong staff retention and clear long-term career prospects.

5) Quantity Surveyor - Wimbledon
- Salary: Up to £75k + benefits
- About the Employer: Successful, privately owned contractor, specialising in new build and refurbishment projects in Wimbledon, Richmond, Wandsworth areas.
- Projects: From £2m to £8m, all single dwelling, bespoke homes.
- Team: Really nice team based environment.
