Quantity Surveyors - Prime Residential
Premises Recruitment are working with a number of established main contractors operating in the Prime and Super Prime Residential market.
The live vacancies we have for Quantity Surveyors London markets include the below:
1) Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor - West End and West London
- Location: West End and West London
- Salary: £70k to £90k + bens
- Employer: Established brand name in the Prime Residential sector. Turnover in excess of £30m.
- Role: Very well respected team who are undergoing significant growth, bucking the trend securing a significant volume of new projects.
- Opportunity: A genuine opportunity for career growth in line with planned future expansion.
- Requirements: Seeking a Project QS or Senior QS with responsibility for one to two Super Prime residential projects in London.
- Details: Office based with regular site visits.

- Location: Berkshire/Buckinghamshire
- Salary: £70k to £90k + bens
- Employer: Leading, brand name Prime Residential specialist. One of the top 3 main contractors operating in this niche sector.
- Role: Seeking a Project QS or Senior QS for a Super Prime residential project on the Berkshire/Buckinghamshire border.
- Details: Reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager.
