Description

We are currently seeking a Quarry Supervisor to join the team.
The primary duty for this role will be to support the Quarry Manager with the safe and efficient management and operation of the Quarry.
You will support the management of production and extraction activities, troubleshooting technical problems, and overseeing the planning of day-to-day operations in conjunction with other departments across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety: A key element of the role. You will be required to conduct risk assessments and health and safety inspections and to demonstrate leadership in safety.
- Administrative Duties: From writing reports and updating records to procurement and budget control.
- Planning and Organising: Ability to plan and organise work in a time-efficient fashion.
- Interpersonal Skills: The ideal candidate will have a background in the extractive industry, be familiar with the extractive process, with a strong focus on safety and interpersonal skills.
