Company Description

Silver Wings Review is an independent literary journal dedicated to literature, art, and the enduring human imagination. The journal publishes poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction, photography, visual art, and experimental works that demonstrate a distinctive vision and genuine emotional depth. Silver Wings Review brings together emerging and established creators from diverse cultures, generations, and artistic traditions, emphasizing work that travels across borders and challenges conventional boundaries. Each issue is curated as an evolving archive of contemporary creative expression, designed to be a cohesive world of its own rather than a simple collection of pieces. The publication values literature and art that question, remember, and feel, creating space for imperfect, luminous, and deeply human voices.

Role Description

The Queen Royale at Silver Wings Review is a full-time remote role responsible for serving as a central creative and cultural ambassador for the journal. This role involves curating and championing selected literary and artistic works, collaborating with editors and contributors on thematic issues, and helping shape the aesthetic and narrative identity of the publication. The Queen Royale will participate in editorial meetings, provide thoughtful commentary and guidance on submissions, and support special features, events, and digital campaigns that reflect the journal’s mission. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing creative work, contributing to editorial and promotional content, engaging with the community of readers and contributors, and supporting strategic initiatives that expand the journal’s reach and impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
