Quest Migration Consultant — Remote Working | £65,000–£75,000 DOE

Join a Microsoft Gold Partner that's built its reputation on doing complex migration work properly — not just plugging in a tool and hoping for the best. We work with some of the most demanding, high-stakes environments in the country, including extensive NHS migration programmes and local government reorganisation projects, where getting Active Directory and M365 migrations right isn't optional. If you want to work somewhere that genuinely invests in Microsoft accreditation, treats documentation and scoping as a craft rather than an afterthought, and gives experienced consultants real autonomy to lead rather than just execute, this is worth a serious look.

Role Overview

The Quest Migration Consultant role is to help our customers migrate and secure their Microsoft infrastructures, primarily using Quest technology, typically with medium-term collaboration and coexistence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver migration projects within Windows Server AD DS and M365 environments
  • Scope complex migration projects
  • Complete discovery relevant to Windows Server AD DS and M365 migrations
  • Help improve and develop working practices within the team
  • Mentor the team and support the business with migration projects and opportunities
  • Maintain all necessary certifications to allow for solo delivery without requiring Quest Professional Services
  • Support objectives as defined in the company's information security policy
  • Perform your tasks in support of data and information security

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
