Quest Migration Consultant — Remote Working | £65,000–£75,000 DOE

Role Overview
The Quest Migration Consultant role is to help our customers migrate and secure their Microsoft infrastructures, primarily using Quest technology, typically with medium-term collaboration and coexistence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver migration projects within Windows Server AD DS and M365 environments
- Scope complex migration projects
- Complete discovery relevant to Windows Server AD DS and M365 migrations
- Help improve and develop working practices within the team
- Mentor the team and support the business with migration projects and opportunities
- Maintain all necessary certifications to allow for solo delivery without requiring Quest Professional Services
- Support objectives as defined in the company's information security policy
- Perform your tasks in support of data and information security

What You'll Bring
- Solid, hands-on experience with Active Directory migrations
- Domain/forest-to-forest migration experience
- Cloud tenant-to-tenant migration experience
- A track record moving users, devices, and data between environments — ideally as regular, ongoing work, not a one-off project from a few years back
- Confidence scoping, documenting, and delivering migrations largely self-sufficiently
- Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to manage a full project lifecycle, including the tricky pieces
- Background in a Microsoft partner or consultancy environment is a strong plus
- Commercial awareness — comfortable being realistic about what's been scoped and delivering to it

This is a genuinely autonomous, senior-level role: you won't be shadowing Quest Professional Services, you'll be the one holding the certifications and the client relationship.
