In this position
You will manage and monitor strategic CTS (clinical trial supplies) accounts and ensure compliance with all agreed company policies as well as lead, assist, and mentor the supporting QuickSTAT team.
You should ensure the needs of CTS customers are consistently satisfied and that excellence in customer service is promoted throughout the QuickSTAT organization.
How you create impact
- Contribute, develop & implement new procedures and processes that drive efficiencies and achieve a high standard of performance from staff
- Assess staffing needs daily to ensure details are captured in relevant systems
- Develop and maintain department schedule; providing adequate coverage
- Communication with customers and other internal teams and offices regarding issues
- Ongoing communication with team on company / team plans and objectives
- Participate in the hiring / onboarding process, and train and develop staff effectively
- Responsible for individual team member performance management, reviews, and evaluations, per company standards
- Contribute and develop training programs for team to drive maximum performance
- Address employee performance and attendance gaps and implement individual performance improvement plans as required
- Monitor all relevant systems; action and escalate problematic jobs accordingly

What we would like you to bring
- Proven industry experience in Customer Services.
- Excellent understanding of courier operations including Import / Export / Warehouse & Transport
- Broad understanding of regulatory requirements specific to Clinical Trial Logistics
- Strong understanding of world geography
- Experience managing shipments of bulk drug and ancillaries
- Teamwork skills and strong self-motivation ability
- Very good numeric/financial competencies
- You can successfully work under pressure
