Voluntary Basis

Brent, London

Part-Time

We are looking for two Quiz Volunteers to provide meaningful companionship at our supported living services in Brent. Volunteering with Creative Support is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of people with support needs while working alongside our team to deliver truly person-centred care.

We’re seeking someone who is warm, sociable, and a great listener. As a Quiz Volunteer, you’ll spend time with the people we support, providing meaningful social interaction, conversation, and companionship through regular quiz sessions. You will help create a welcoming and inclusive environment where participants can enjoy themselves, build confidence, and connect with others. By preparing and hosting engaging quizzes, you’ll encourage friendly participation.

In addition to leading quiz activities, you’ll take time to chat with participants, get to know them, and support them in taking part at their own pace. You may also assist with serving refreshments such as tea and coffee, helping to create a relaxed and sociable atmosphere. Before and after each session, you’ll help set up and tidy the venue, ensuring the space remains clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
