What You Will Do

As a Quota Management Analyst, EMEA, you will play a key role within our Sales Operations function, supporting the planning, administration, governance and optimisation of sales quotas across the EMEA region. Working closely with sales leadership, finance, IT and cross-functional business teams, you will ensure quota data is accurately maintained within Anaplan, support system enhancements, deliver insightful reporting and analysis, and help drive effective sales performance management. This is a collaborative, EMEA-facing role with a hybrid working arrangement.

How You Will Do It

  • Support the administration, maintenance and governance of sales quotas across the EMEA sales organisation.
  • Manage quota updates, territory changes, organisational movements and data integrity within Anaplan.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, releases and process improvements.
  • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to resolve issues and support continuous system development.
  • Partner with sales leaders, finance and operations teams to support quota planning and deployment activities.
  • Develop and deliver quota-related reporting, dashboards and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Present insights, findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales Incentives, Data & Reporting and Sales Operations teams to ensure alignment across performance management processes.
  • Support user training, documentation and adoption of quota management tools and processes.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, controls and operational efficiency.

Required

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Performance Management or a similar analytical role.
  • Experience supporting quota management, sales planning or incentive compensation processes.
  • Working knowledge of Anaplan, including testing, administration and user support.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Finance and IT.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and governance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Beneficial
