What You Will Do
As a Quota Management Analyst, EMEA, you will support the effective administration and execution of quota management processes across the region. Working closely with Sales Leadership, Commercial Operations, Finance, HR, and other key stakeholders, you will help ensure quota allocations, forecasting activities, reporting, and sales performance data are accurate and aligned to business objectives. This role is critical in supporting sales planning initiatives, driving operational excellence, and providing the insights needed to enable informed business decisions. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across a complex, matrixed organisation.

How You Will Do It
- Support the administration and maintenance of quota management processes across the EMEA region.
- Assist with quota setting, allocation, tracking, and adjustment activities in line with business requirements.
- Produce and analyse sales forecasting, performance, and operational reports.
- Maintain accurate quota, territory, and sales performance data across relevant systems.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and Commercial Operations teams to support annual planning cycles and business initiatives.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, reporting issues, and stakeholder queries.
- Support organisational changes, sales programme updates, and product launch activities.
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reporting materials for leadership reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness within quota management and reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, policies, and operational procedures.

What We Are Looking For
Required
- University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Analysis, Finance, Reporting, or a related field.
- Experience supporting forecasting, reporting, sales planning, or quota management activities.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred
- Experience supporting a multi-country EMEA sales organisation.
- Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Experience with sales compensation, territory planning, or quota administration processes.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
- Experience working in a global matrix organisation.
