Position: Quote Approval Manager
Location: Bedford House, Liverpool L69 7ZP (Onsite)
Job Type: Fulltime
Shift Timings: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal Development & Management
- Oversees the end-to-end proposal process, from initial opportunity assessment through final submission.
- Develops proposal strategies, creates content plans, coordinates with subject matter experts across multiple disciplines, and ensures all deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
- Manages multiple concurrent proposals with varying deadlines and complexity levels.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Serves as the primary point of contact with the technical team and operations team.
- Facilitates kick-off meetings, maintains regular communication with the client, and coordinates with the operations team.
- Pricing & Commercial Terms
- Collaborates with pricing and finance teams to develop competitive commercial proposals.
- Ensures accurate cost estimates, clear pricing structures, and appropriate risk allocation.
- Reviews contractual terms, identifies potential issues, and coordinates necessary approvals.
- Process Improvement & Knowledge Management
- Continuously refines proposal processes, templates, and best practices to improve efficiency and win rates.
- Maintains proposal libraries, captures lessons learned, and implements tools and systems that enhance team productivity.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with advanced formatting and document production capabilities.
- Experience with proposal management software, CRM systems, and collaboration platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Communication & Writing:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex technical information into clear, persuasive narratives.
- Strong editing and proofreading capabilities with attention to detail and commitment to producing error-free deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification from Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) or similar credential.
- Experience in commercial real estate, facilities management, or property services industry.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Background in graphic design or experience working with creative teams on proposal production.
