Role Description

We are a creative street marketing company with a network of billboard sites across the UK. Clients come to us for our street level posters as well as increasingly 3D creative activations on our sites, in our venues and on the street.

All our creative activations are produced in house by our Creative Studio. The range of briefs vary and can include anything from a single billboard to a full nationwide bespoke build roll out. The Quote Manager will be responsible for quoting all creative briefs, working closely with project leads and production teams to establish realistic costs, timings and resource requirements based on production methodologies.

The role will develop a quoting system to produce accurate, competitive and commercially viable quotes for all Creative Studio projects. You will work closely with the in-house sales team to understand our clients needs and requirements for each job. The quote manager will develop client facing quote decks inclusive of lead times and designs. You will be responsible for understanding what a project requires, identifying the resources and the suppliers needed, building the associated costs, and ensuring consistency and accuracy across all quotes.

What you'll be doing

  • Liaise with suppliers and production partners to obtain accurate costs, lead times and availability for materials, services and specialist production requirements.
  • Build accurate, commercially viable quotes for Creative Studio projects, working with the team to understand scope, methodology, resources and requirements.
  • Identify the resources, suppliers and production methods required for each project and ensure all associated costs are captured before quotes are issued.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent quoting system, templates and processes to improve accuracy, efficiency and turnaround times across all Creative Studio quotes.
  • Pull together realistic lead times for all elements of a project and ensure these are clearly reflected within client-facing quotes.
  • Create clear, professional client-facing quote decks that bring together costs, lead times, designs and relevant project information.
  • Work closely with the Head of Print Operations on flatbed production quotes, ensuring production requirements and costs are accurately reflected.
  • Develop a strong understanding of regular production formats and methodologies, enabling the team to confidently provide accurate initial or ‘ballpark’ costs where appropriate.
  • Identify potential production risks, hidden costs, dependencies and scope considerations, ensuring these are accounted for before a quote is issued.
  • Ensure quotes are commercially viable and aligned with agreed margin expectations, highlighting any areas of risk or opportunity.
  • Manage project budget sheets and track costs against agreed budgets, highlighting variances and potential overspend to the relevant project leads.
  • Maintain an organised archive of relevant case studies and project examples from the company website and ensure these are available to support client quotes and proposals.
  • Set and maintain high standards for accuracy, commercial awareness and quote turnaround times across the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
