Job Overview
You will play a vital role in ensuring we deliver the right net cost for our customers, on time, accurately, and to the highest standard. We deliver small remedials from 250.00 up to projects more than 1million across a range of sectors, however predominantly commercial. You'll work collaboratively with our team and supply chain partners to develop detailed cost plans aligned with customer requirements, project scope, and current legislation.

SPS Fire and Security Limited specialises in the installation and maintenance of specialised security equipment, including Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Intercoms, PAVA systems, VESDA systems, Intruder Alarms, Nurse Call Systems, Disabled Refuge Systems, Disabled Toilet Alarms, Barriers and Fire extinguishers.

We are an ever-growing, all-inclusive team based in the south-west, with most of our sites situated in-and-around the Greater London area, including Kent and Essex also. Who We’re Looking For (requirements)
- 5 GCSEs (A-C Grade) or equivalent, including maths.
- Strong experience in excel and outlook
- Previous experience in a quotes-based role.
- Well-developed communication and numeracy skills.
- Experience handling supply chain logistics (preferred.)
- Experience with field service management systems such as JobLogic, or Simpro (preferred, but not essential.)

Core Responsibilities Include
- Providing accurate costs in delivering quotes to our clients.
- Placing orders with our suppliers, and liaising with our delivery team to ensure parts arrive at the correct locations.
- Updating inventory records to ensure proper spending.
- Problem solving via generic communication channels such as telephone comms, email chains, etc.
Schedule
- 40 hours per-week full-time contract (8am-4pm, Mon-Fri.)

- Full-Time contract.
