Quotes Programmer – ISS

ISS is looking for an experienced Quotes Programmer to join the Commercial – Quotes team, supporting the delivery of additional and billable works across a key DWP contract.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of Facilities Management and commercial processes who enjoys coordinating works, working with suppliers and ensuring quotations are accurate, competitive and delivered within contractual SLAs.

The Role Will Involve:

  • Managing Work Orders through their full lifecycle, from initial request through to completion.
  • Processing additional, recommended and out-of-scope works requiring client approval.
  • Obtaining and reviewing quotations from the supply chain and direct labour.
  • Preparing accurate quotations using agreed contractual rates, schedules of rates and cost models.
  • Coordinating works across supply chain, Operations and Commercial teams to ensure delivery within agreed timescales.
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive Work Order records and audit trails within CAFM systems.
  • Working closely with Operations to raise orders and coordinate subcontractors and supply chain partners.
  • Ensuring reactive and new works are priced in line with contractual requirements and provide value for money.
  • Monitoring and managing WIP, proactively chasing outstanding actions and resolving queries.
  • Liaising with client representatives, customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Supporting incidental works and other new works programmes as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
