Quotes Programmer
Location: Solihull, B37 7YN
Position: Permanent, Full Time
We're looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Quotes Programmer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and processing additional works and billable items across a major Facilities Management contract, ensuring quotations are produced accurately, submitted within agreed SLAs, and progressed through to completion.
Working closely with operational teams, clients, subcontractors, and supply chain partners, you'll play a key role in delivering value-driven solutions and maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing work orders from quotation through to completion.
- Producing accurate costings and quotations for additional, recommended, and out-of-scope works.
- Coordinating with supply chain partners and internal teams to obtain pricing and programme works.
- Ensuring quotations are submitted within contractual timescales and service level agreements.
- Maintaining accurate records and audit trails within CAFM systems.
- Supporting incidental and new works programmes.
- Liaising with clients, operational teams, commercial colleagues, and subcontractors to resolve queries and progress works.
- Reviewing schedules of rates and ensuring works are priced correctly and competitively.
- Monitoring work order progress and ensuring contractual targets are achieved.
- Supporting the effective management of Work in Progress (WIP).

- Previous experience in a similar quotations, programming, commercial, or facilities management role.
- Knowledge of Facilities Management operations and services.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of commercial processes, including obtaining and evaluating quotations.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements including Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
