R2R Specialist
Join an established business in Sale as an R2R Specialist, supporting key finance activities including month-end close, reconciliations, journals and intercompany accounting. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and finance transformation while developing your experience within a collaborative finance team.

Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and process journals accurately and within deadlines
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Support intercompany accounting and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial data and ensure strong data integrity
- Follow established processes, controls and finance procedures
- Assist with financial reporting requirements
- Respond to queries from internal stakeholders
- Identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements and automation
- Work collaboratively with finance teams and stakeholders across the wider business
- Support ongoing system and process developments

Profile
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience within R2R, general ledger or a similar accounting role
- Has a good understanding of month-end processes, journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Is confident working with ERP/accounting systems
- Has strong Excel skills
- Is organised, accurate and comfortable working to deadlines
- Has a proactive approach and enjoys identifying ways to improve processes
- Has strong communication skills and enjoys working as part of a team
- Is studying towards an accounting qualification or has relevant finance experience
