The Box Office Assistant also supports game-day ticket operations, including walk-up sales and will-call services.

Essential Duties
- Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding ticket sales, seating options, pricing, promotions, event information, and account services.
- Provide outstanding customer service by resolving ticketing issues, processing exchanges when applicable, and assisting customers with account-related concerns.
- Process ticket sales accurately using the ticketing system while handling cash and credit card transactions in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of athletic events, ticket products, seating maps, policies, and promotional offers to assist customers effectively.
- Support game-day operations by processing walk-up ticket sales, distributing will-call tickets, and assisting fans with ticket-related needs.
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally, courteously, and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, balancing transactions, and maintaining an organized work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
