Position Summary
The student staff members support the daily operations of the Adult Fitness Program. They help provide a welcoming, safe, and positive experience for program participants.

5-10 hours/week
Essential Duties
- Assist with daily Adult Fitness Program operations, including opening and closing the facility, setting up and putting away equipment, and preparing program spaces.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service by answering questions and assisting participants.
- Help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the fitness facility, program spaces, and equipment.
- Teach group fitness warm-up and specialty classes as needed.

Required Job Qualifications
- Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification (certification must be obtained prior to employment; training is not provided)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow established procedures and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently as needed
