Position Summary
CSU Fleet Services provides rental vehicles to departments across campus for travel on field trips, research projects, and other University related trips. Our location also serves as a fueling station for all on campus vehicles. We are seeking self-motivated customer service-oriented students to assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the rental fleet and to assist customers with picking up reserved vehicles.

Anticipated Start Date
August 21, 2026
Anticipated Weekly Hours
Students typically work 10-15 hours per week on a set schedule during the semester with an option to work into the summer. Our office is open Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm, at this time there are no weekend hours.
Essential Duties
- Cleaning and sanitizing interior of vehicles.
- Washing exterior of rental vehicles.
- Assisting customers to fuel their vehicles and checking vehicles fluids.
- Assisting rental customers in signing out, picking up, and returning rental vehicles.

Required Qualifications
- Must have current US driver’s license.
- Must pass a criminal background check and a motor vehicle record check to be offered position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service experience highly desired.
- Experience working in inclement weather.
- Basic knowledge of cars is helpful.
Hourly Pay Rate
$15.16/hour
