Job description
Sustainable Forage Management for Livestock (SOCR 320) is being offered in the Fall of 2026 through the Department of Soil & Crop Sciences. This is a 16-week course that meets for 2 lectures each week (TR 4-5:15pm). We are seeking a student to help TA the course this Fall with a focus on helping with the grading component of the course.

Essential Duties Will Include
- Grading weekly lab quizzes and worksheets
Required Qualifications
- Upper undergraduate student in Agricultural Sciences, previous enrollment of SOCR 320, or closely related field.
- Basic understanding of forage production systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
- Completion of the CSU GTA training prior to the start of the semester.

Preferred Qualifications
- Enthusiastic about agriculture and comfortable interacting with undergraduates.
